Products Eligible for Return & Refund
- Unopened and Unused Products: You may return unopened and unused Hilom products within 3 days of purchase for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective Hilom product, please contact us immediately at questions@hilomhealth.com
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used Hilom products.
- Products Purchased Outside Authorized Retailers: We can only accept returns and refunds for products purchased from authorized Hilom retailers.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at questions@hilomhealth.com
within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Unopened & Unused Products: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for unopened and unused products.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Hilom will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.
